After a few days, if we open the mouth of the balloon, we find that not all the gas comes out and some remains inside the balloon due to the stretching of the wall.

At the age of fifty, our stomach is like a stretched balloon. The reason we don't want to eat anything is because it is filled with air and the stomach is already tight. If the intra-abdominal pressure increases significantly, you will often find people hug and then embarrass themselves.

We keep eating something or the other all day, so the gas level in the system will increase and problems will arise. If we develop a little technique to get the air out of our system once in a while, we can be nice and dandy and save ourselves as much embarrassment as anyone else.
